George J. Kallins, M.D.

Dr. George J. Kallins, M.D. serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ACP Management, a property management, development and real estate investment firm. At ACP Management Dr. Kallins is responsible for the daily operations as well as active participation in investment strategies and asset allocation. 

Dr. Kallins has long been active in the business and real estate world having obtained his real estate license at the age of eighteen. Dr. Kallins founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Mission Obstetrics and Gynecology, a medical group consisting of 14 physicians. He founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Medical Management Resources, a medical management and billing company. Dr. Kallins served as a Director of CNS Response, Inc. from July 5, 2010 to November 30, 2012. Dr. Kallins served as the Medical Director of the USC Center for Women’s Mood Disorders while on the faculty at the University of Southern California School of Medicine from 1999 through 2000. During this time he also authored and published, Five Steps to a PMS Free Life, a book addressing how to manage the emotional and physical impact of PMS.

Dr. Kallins received his B.Sc. majoring in Psychobiology from the University of Southern California, graduating with Honors being admitted into Phi Beta Kappa.  He earned his medical degree from the Rush School of Medicine in Chicago, IL, graduating with honors.  He returned to the University of Southern California to do his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Kallins also received an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business.​
