Lee Berger

Lee is an investment manager, entrepreneur and investor in the ERGO portfolio. Currently, Lee is the CEO of Octacom Limited, an enterprise document management company offering AP Automation, Proof-of-Delivery Automation and Document Imaging Services.

Prior to Octacom, Lee served as Vice President with Langara Capital Partners, a globally focused private investment company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. At Langara, Lee was responsible for managing several private investments in the agriculture and energy sectors, as well as sourcing and evaluating new opportunities.

Prior to joining Langara, Lee worked as an Associate in the Global Capital Markets division of Scotia Capital in Toronto and New York. At Scotia, Lee focused on equity finance and hedge fund advisory. Lee has started several businesses, notably True North Baseball Ltd., Care Chairs Home Health, and WinJunkie (acquired in 2013). Lee is a graduate of the HBA program at the Richard Ivey School of Business.​
