If you think that ERGO would be a good business partner, we’re interested in hearing from you. We review every business plan we receive, but can respond most effectively if your plan includes:

• Clear description of the product or service
• Brief history of the company
• Analysis of the market including your competition
• Discussion of your business model and market strategy
• List of current customers and stages of discussions
• Complete financial projections, including balance sheet, income statement, and summary data on any financings, if any
• Full management resumes
• Most likely exit strategy
